All sales are final. Purchases from the Spurs and Shifters Shop are non-refundable, with the exception of items lost or damaged in shipping or the rare instance of a printing or product error.

REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL GOODS

No returns. For defective or damaged items, you must contact the shop within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

For refund queries, please email juliatalbot@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of the defective or damaged item. If a book is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong title or format, we will make it right.
