Commitment Ranch (book 1)
Not everyone gets a second chance at love.
Ford Nixel has two law offices, two fancy condominiums, and all the right connections. He definitely thinks he has everything he wants.
The last thing he needs is his Uncle Ty’s stake in the Leanin' N, a ranch that’s been in the family for generations. Ford hasn’t even been to the ranch in over a decade, not since he left his boyfriend Stoney behind and headed back to college alone.
Ford arrives at the Leaning N to find Stoney, now a single father, right where he left him. A fist fight, a snowstorm, and a stolen kiss in the barn later, and Ford knows none of the heat between them has dissipated, but can they make their second chance work?

Finding Mr. Wright (book 2)
When Colorado wedding planner Mason O’Reilly lands a major contract at the Leanin N, he envisions Mason jars and a doughnut tree. With two hundred guests, he knows he has a lot on his plate, but owners Stoney and Ford, and chef Geoff, give him all the support he needs. Even when he makes a mistake regarding the Wright/Preston couple. And when the older Wright brother, who’s footing the bill, gets involved, all hell breaks loose.
Oil tycoon Noah Wright isn’t happy about the impending disaster, but he admires Mason’s quick thinking and grace under pressure. And that’s not all he likes about the out-and-proud wedding planner. He also thinks Mason is pretty darned hot and kind and sweet.
Even though Mason’s interested in Noah, they have a lot of distance to cross, physically as well as emotionally, to become a couple. Can Mason’s Mr. Right possibly be Mr. Wright, a billionaire cowboy from Dallas?

Whiskey to Wine (book 3)
Love is hitting the slopes, and the competition is fierce.
It’s Gay Ski Week in Aspen, and blind sculptor Bleu Bridey and his ex-fiancé, Dan, are at the Leaning N Ranch to unveil Bleu’s latest commission.
Former Olympic snowboarder Ryan Shields is there too… and he’s Bleu’s true love who got away. Seeing Bleu again, Ryan remembers how they couldn’t get enough of each other in college.
Too bad it looks like Bleu is with Dan now, because Ryan would love to remind Bleu how good they were together, in and out of the sheets.
Between Ski Week parties, a bunch of exes, a private ski lesson, and one terrible accident that leaves Bleu stranded and Ryan in rescue mode, it’ll be a wonder if these two manage to survive, much less find a few seconds alone to remember how much love they have to keep them warm even in the worst of storms.

Come Back Around (book 4)
Can two divorced dads get a second chance at a redneck wedding?
When Reid Porter agrees to be his best friend’s man of honor, he never considers that his ex, Mateo, will be there too. Which is ridiculous, because Jennifer is marrying Mat’s brother. Reid would never let Jen down, though, so he finds himself at the Leaning N Ranch with his two daughters and a whole lot of baggage about seeing Mat again.
Mat loves his baby brother and would do anything for him, including face the love of his life, whom he’s sure has moved on. When he and Reid come face-to-face after more than two years apart, they realize they’ve never let go. Now they have to do what they never could before—balance work, home, and children, while finding a way to come back around to each other’s love.

This Old Wind (book 5)
Rock star Simon McFee has no idea what to expect from the Leanin' N, the dude ranch in Colorado where his sister has decided to have her wedding. What he gets is a wrecked rental car, a really mad sister, and an old flame blowing in on the wind in the form of the wedding singer. Simon is so thrilled to see Michael again, and happy to take some time off from his crazy life and have a little retreat.
Michael Johns is a dad, an accountant, and still a musician, even if he mostly sings at weddings these days. When he sees Simon again, he's taken back to his days of touring with Simon and his late wife on the folk festival circuit. He falls for Simon all over again, but he knows he has to be careful. His twin girls, Chloe and Mickey are his whole life, and he has secrets that might end his love affair before it begins. Can Michael and Simon find the time and space to start a new life together, or will the wind carry them away from each other again?

Perfectly Seasoned (book 6)
Geoff has seen a lot of people find love over his years at the Leanin' N ranch. He's been content to let others have their day, deciding that he's happy enough with good friends and found family. The truth is, Geoff isn't sure he's worthy of love. Or capable of dealing with it. So he's just not looking very hard, even when it's right under his nose.
Tiny has been in love with Geoff for ages, but they work together, and he's never been sure that Geoff sees him the same way. When he finally decides to make his move, he can't believe it works, and while Geoff seems surprised, he also seems perfectly willing to give Tiny his day and let their deep friendship turn into something more.
Which is when all hell breaks loose in their quiet, well-ordered life. Tiny's teenaged daughter shows up pregnant, and while Tiny knows he can't turn her away, it might be too much, too fast. Can Geoff handle so much change all at once, including an instant family with a grandbaby on the way, or will everything fall apart before it even gets well-begun?
